This studio is a paradise healing space in Hackney. Kristi is one of most amazing energy workers I have met and she has a deep experience of so many areas; reiki, bodywork, abdominal massage. She is really intuitive, giving and a vibrant energy. She has helped me through multiple tough phases and always has an open heart to give to people and community. Wouldn't recommend enough the space! They also run monthly energy clinics, where its a lovely space to have some energy work with others and you can get a little insight of the space and the work 🙂

I experienced a Kundalini activation session with Kristi in November. The studio was easy to find, and provided a calm sanctuary away from the noise and buzz of the local area. Kristi was very knowledgeable and guided me through the session in a safe and comfortable way. She was also very attentive to my reactions throughout.
